Sara Ramirez
Sara Ramirez is a popular Mexican-American actress singer and music producer. When she was a kid, Sara was racially taunted by many people in America. When she went to an event at school and was given the highest praise for her singing at the age of 9 she began to gain confidence. It not only increased her confidence but her ambitions transformed. When she was 22 she was a graduate of New York's Julliard School. Her professional career began at age 23 with Paul Simon's The Capeman on Broadway and the film You've Got Mail. However her greatest breakthrough came when she starred in the character in the role of The Lady of The Lake in the first Broadway show Spamalot garnering not only her the Tony Award for her performance but also great critical acclaim. The following year, she joined the ABC program Grey's Anatomy as Dr. Callie Torres and gained wider recognition for it. In addition to having a cult following as a singer, she released a solo as well as an extended version. Also, she is an activist and works extensively to promote LGBT rights.
